"Great reception staff"

"Room price was fair for what you get. Decent facilities and nice atmosphere. Check in was a long process as there were many guests and not enough staff, which was frustrating when it’s late at night and you just want to get to your room. There were someone else’s leftovers in our mini fridge, but overall nice room at an affordable price. It was impossible to get ahold of the front desk. We stayed on hold for 45 minutes trying to get late check out and no one ever picked up. Despite this, there...

"Love the pool and the bar"

"Everything was nice. Walls are thin and unfortunately I was on the floor with some racists people and college student on fall break"

"Very nice, but I was surprised they don't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning, and when I asked staff, I was given an attitude... so, there are plenty of other choices, and I won't stay there again."

"Definitely gotta bring the grandkids"

"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

Although rooms appear clean for the most part, you can tell a vacuum was not used because I noticed a false lash by the door from a previous stay. Hallways sometimes smelled like sewage. Breakfast servers were pleasant. Marie and Daniel were awesome."

"I needed a place to stay for 1 night. Part of the lights didn’t work in our room. We were given a new room where lights didn’t work at all, so we went back to half lights. Carpets were moist and it smelt terrible. Would not recommend this place. Staff were very nice, beach was quiet and pretty…. Rooms were less than desirable."

"The hotel is really beautiful and the pool was awesome. Everyone was super friendly. Our biggest complaint with that other rooms have double beds. For a family of four that was a bit tight, especially given the price of the hotel. The room was also super humid. I understand it’s Miami, but we have been to other places in Florida as well as the Bahamas and we have never had to deal with that kind of humidity. There were also only like 15 TV channels and connecting to the Wi-Fi was a bit...
