"Great reception staff"

"Leo with security and IT, Darla the receptionist in the day, Janeice the receptionist @ night, Lauren @ the cafe. I have to mention these staff members by name because they made the trip for my family and I exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and they understood the assignment when it came to making my Aunt feel super special on her birthday. Leo listened to my concerns when I arrived and checked into a delipidated unclean room with stains all over the sofa chairs...

"I normally don’t leave reviews but the cleanliness of this place is very questionable. Bed not comfortable. Walls are thin. my family and I could hear big backs stomping around all night in the unit above us and could hear the tv from the unit next to us. Then at 9am the room phone started ringing from the front desk when we still had another whole hour to check out. Very disappointed in Marriott. I can’t believe that was a Marriott we stayed in."
