"Enjoyed staying in the igloo. Staff very helpful. Used a great local taxi (arranged by reception) to get around as uber declined to pick us up. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."

"Amazing property"

"I love everything in this property. It was a fantastic and restful stay with my sister and bestie. The staff are extremely nice - Andrea, Mia, Tina, Omar and the other cook all very warm and hospitable. Even the drivers who picked up and dropped us off at the Kakslautannen bus stop are friendly. I will surely go back and visit the place with my son and other family members in winter time. They will surely love this place. Thank you for hospitality."

"Nice suites! A delightful property for families with children and those who love Christmas."

"The Hotel is okay for business trips. Parking spots are extremely rare, hard to find, expensive and very small. I stayed there for 4 nights, my room was not made up the complete time, maybe I missed something, but for this cost I would have expected someone refilling coffee and tea in the room. The rest is okay for a hotel of this cost, but not outstanding."

"Bring your own food if if travelling off season. Only one of the 2 restaurants will be open for dinner and it works with a massively reduced menu. No restaurant available for lunch, only room service. The "buffet breakfast" is actually only yoghurt, stale bread and green salad. Alongside that you can order one item from their breakfast menu of 5 options - most of which are eggs. No fruit/ porridge or other regular breakfast options that you would expect from a resort of this calibre (allegedly...

"中央駅の隣という立地の良さ 観光にも空港にも"

"We booked the family cabin, which was lovely. Great view of the lake, and the village with the cabins was very nice. Breakfast is included, which was great and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the on-site steakhouse restaurant as well. Very helpful staff, and very friendly."

"Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Lage perfekt. Super toller Frühstücksservice."

"買い物や食事にとても便利なロケーションです。 サウナが夕方から夜の"

"メインのエントランスがリノベーション中でした。オーロラデッキは眺めがよくて気持ちよかったです。いつでも出入りができるので、オーロラの発生時間に合わせていけるのが便利です。ただ、大爆発のような感じはもっと遠くに行かないと難しいと思います。静かでロケーション素晴らしいですが街中から外れているので、基本の移動は車になります。市内中心までは車で１０分程度です。"

"An amazing place to stay"

"Wonderful hotel. We choose it because it has laundry facilities. Be advised, it is just one washer and one dryer and each load takes awhile. But the excellent bar and restaurant are good places to wait."

"The staff was very helpful. The breakfast for excellent. The end room sauna was a special treat"

"Très bel hôtel. Excellent déjeuner. Très bien située."
