"We stayed for three nights and felt it wasn’t worth the money. Many of the facilities were poorly maintained, and the service was disappointing. Even ordering a drink was unnecessarily difficult—you had to ask staff to bring a number with a QR code before you could order. At the buffet, we were made to wait despite plenty of vacant tables because no one had cleared them. The crispy duck station had three ducks displayed behind glass, but the serving plate was mostly bones. When we asked for a...

"Our first trip to Fiji, and we’ve had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, the property is lovely, and all the staff are helpful and cheerful. Dancing with the staff in the pool was a first for us and such a fun experience! Highly recommended for families with young children."

"Amazing ✨ ❤️"

"We had a mixed experience at the Outrigger. On the upside, the people are warm, kind and genuinely welcoming. Everyone is smiling and saying “Bula” as you walk past, which creates a really positive atmosphere. The kids’ club has a great range of activities and is cleverly scheduled to help parents and kids have a great time. The activities team are also excellent, creating an exciting atmosphere around the pool. Seeing a group doing the Macarena in the pool at 10am each day is awesome — they...

"I stayed in the reef Bure room which was insanely gorgeous with unmatched views with your own private beach access. Very spacious and clean on the far east of the resort. We were generously provided with many complimentary extras such as a buggy, minibar, 30 min massage and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. This resort is located on a natural beach so winds were constant since we arrived which was a little disappointing (mid September). Resort had many water activities to participate...

"The Staff was very welcoming. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our breakfast which included cereal, toast, jam, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, fruit and some Fijian dishes. The beach was nice to walk along, but not necessarily for swimming while we were there. The pool was in a weird location which didn't make it very appealing to go for a swim. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay there again"

"The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Loved the property, super friendly staff"

"Beautiful property, beautiful people. Highly recommend!"

"Family friendly and great for a short layover."

"We arrived before check-in time. Our Villa wasn't ready yet, but we were allowed to use the pool, which was very much appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day. The Villa was clean and had all the amenities (fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle etc) needed for a relaxing stay. The gardens looked amazing and we enjoyed a couple of swims in the nice pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious. We loved the location so close to the airport, which meant we were able to walk from the hotel to...

"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted. There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge? The gardens in the property are extremely well kept. We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10 The air...

"Considering the price and the 3 star rating this place was well worth it, we stayed 8 nightsand loved the resort. Big thing for me was the issues you run to will be personally addressed by the team leader from that area and the listen. No tv or wifi in the rooms gave our kids a good break from screens"
