"Good central location for trains, buses and access to them. Just a short walk. Great buffet for breakfast."

"Amazing"

"Arrived about 9. Received a lovely welcome from the young lady at reception. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept very well and had a nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Didn’t have time to use the facilities unfortunately. Got this room for a bargain price. Great value. I have no hesitation in saying that due to the excellent service I got, I will definitely consider returning to this hotel."

"I think the ratings received corespond to the hotel location (on the 18th hole at the Old Corse) and not the actual facility. All four of us arrived in a van that could not be parked by staff so we had to use the public facility ten minutes away by foot. It’s a very nice but dated hotel that doesn’t live up to expectations based on price. By the way, the lighting in the room is brutal. Low ceilings and low wattage bulbs."

"A mixed bag, this property needs deep cleaning - room was fine, but if you look closer a lot to be desired, examples - windows so dirty stopping sunlight, some mould in the bathroom or broken jacuzzi in the pool area, changing rooms falling apart, lockers don't close. When we entered Hotel you could smell damp in the corridors. Refurbishment and better maintenance should be a focus. Facilities are okay but is visible they're not maintained as they should be. Finally breakfast is unacceptable for...

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Rooms facing street very noisy late on especially at weekends when pubs and restaurants close. No double glazing to mask the noise. However building probably listed meaning owners restricted in what they can do. Maybe heavy curtains instead of thin blinds might help."

"Everybody was wonderful! The place was adorable. They were very accommodating to our needs and the food was delicious Henrik and Theresa."

"The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent.. but you need to make reservations as soon as you check in. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"All good"

"No food/drink offering. Door-locks did not seem robust........warm room, clean bathroom and clean bedding........just very old-fashioned and low quality pillows etc........ the photograph of the deluxe room that I paid for did not match up with the reality. I would not stay here again."

"Clean hotel and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. And distance to the beach wasnt far. Lovely location and first time I tried haggis!"

"Staff were very helpful and the room was clean"

"Great staff."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean."
