So if you were arriving from California and you are up at 5:00am, and very hungry, you should go to downtown Siofok to grab a bite at Lipoti Bakery, they open like 5:30am. The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again

The hotel located in the Margit island, very close to the center and main point of views. Excellent place with a big park and view, good SPA with 4 hot springs pools and saunas, medical center with different medical services. There is excellent restaurant with live classical music, and very tasty food with big choice of dishes and wines.

It was a great mid-price hotel. In my experience the Aero hotels are focused on people who aren’t focused so much on their room as much as they are the city they’re in. I needed a comfortable, clean, safe room, which is exactly what I got, plus a balcony. I’d almost call my room comfortable utilitarian. Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
