"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

"To be honest, and in my personal opinion, I don’t feel this hotel currently deserves a 5-star rating, especially considering the price. Our stay was unfortunately not a particularly pleasant experience. We had to change rooms because of unpleasant smells, especially on the lower floors. To be fair, the staff were helpful and arranged alternative rooms on higher floors, which I appreciated. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the spectacular sea view and peaceful location. However, when it...

"Great hotel, very modern and new! A lot of great amenities and the breakfast was good as well. The pool was very clean and so were the rooms, the lobby always smelt so good. It’s also not too far from town it’s about a 10-15 minute walk."

"Pick pocket of a hotel. Pay a small fortune to stay and then your pocket is picked for everything else. More than one coffee a day? That’s more. Car parking that’s more. Dare to take food out from breakfast that’s more. The beach front that is pitched as part of the hotel that’s more. Location is good, so go do stuff elsewhere and keep your pocket safe. Oh and no prices in here as Expedia wouldn’t publish the review if I said how they picked your pocket."

"The property is a resort. Very nice. We had booked a pool view room and there was not even a glimpse of the pool from the room. When I raised it with the front desk they advised that this is a room category and doesn't guarantee a view of the pool. Huh?"

"Fantastisch!"

"The hotel is exceptional. We had not one complaint. The buffet breakfast was great, the adult only pool was nice and quiet and the staff was lovely. Highly recommend."

"Great seaside walking trails. A beautiful main pool with plenty of sun. Delicious food and very helpful staff"

"My husband and I spent a part of our honeymoon at Vale Do Lobo. We really enjoyed the accommodations. We had a private apartment with a pool, which was lovely. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, golf, and the pool area. We even went to the beach one day. The accommodations were great! They provided us with espresso for the Nespresso machine. Gave us a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. We had everything we could need at the apartment."

"Excellent location. Clean, friendly staff. Beach very close. Beautiful views"

"Perfect resort with kids. Everything you can think of, they have at your disposal!!"

"The check-in was a little confusing. The front desk attendant though nice, he was extremely verbose and we were tired from driving all day and just wanted our key to the room and know where to park. He kept asking us about our boat plans for our stay and long stories about things that just made our check-in more confusing… like how to get to our room was a ten minute story and ended up not being the right directions in the end. Any-who… I’d give the room a “C-”. The ac made rattle noises and the...
