"Not up to standard for Baymont. Window curtain falling off the rod. Wallpaper peeling. Stains on wall in bathroom. Broken/missing towel rack. Shower head fixed posirion dirty and not adjustable. Room has no sound-proofing. Very poor privacy for adjacent rooms and hallway. Staff was sub-par for check-in/out. Insisted on CCard for "Incidentals" and refused to provide a reciept on checkout."

"The breakfast was much better than normal and was constantly being looked after. We appreciated that."

"The room needed maintenance in several areas... from light bulbs to hot water to cooling and heating. The halls and facility needed vacuumed desperately. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Motel 6 was better then this resort."

"Best tipi I’ve ever stayed in! Also the only one, but this one is going to be hard to beat. Incredibly property overlooking Hot Springs that had all the amenities we could’ve asked for, and the tipi felt like staying in a master suite."

"Adorable little place right downtown! Wish we stayed longer. Rooms were very clean, cute unique rooms! Definitely will be back!"

"This property is absolutely amazing and I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area. The view is incredible and the lodging is clean and comfortable. Added bonus was cold water bottles, a snack box and coffee for in the morning!"

"Beautiful, eclectic loft in downtown Hot Springs. Many beautiful amenities at this place unmatched in most other air B&B’s"
