"Just older hotel than what the pictures show."

"We had to wait until 4:30 to check in, even though check-in was at 3:00. We got there at 10:00 am. The room could have used a better cleaning. The location is GREAT, in walking distance to many sightseeing attractions and good restaurants. "

"The room was clean and the hotel smelled nice, good atmosphere but the water and snacks area was all the way at the end, the staff wasn’t welcoming nor inviting. The staff, in particular Juan was the only nuisance. He spoke to us in a condescending way, gaslight me when I spoke to him about our room AC issue and always had a snarky comment to make. Seeing him and having to deal with him was exhausting. He’d act like he’s being accommodating or helpful but is in fact very much not. We’ve had the misfortune of dealing with him on several occasion's and can confidently advise you to steer away from him at reception. The rest of the reception and housekeeping were a delight. "

"Although I had an issue with the room next doors tv(the bed backed the tv so becouse of my senctive hearing I could hear all they was watching) also there was no breackfast as Standard witch kinda sucked but was fine becouse of the price bab I carnt complain defo book agen just as long as I have a room where the bed dosebt back the tv"

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."

"Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location and we were able to walk to almost all of the major sites we wanted to see. Beautiful views of the cathedral and the river from our room. Lovely atrium bar. We would definitely stay here again if in Berlin."
