"Great location, great staff, very posh. If you are an American you appreciate the room size. The rooms are nice and not small like many European hotels. Pool was nice too except for the obnoxious children constantly jumping in the pool."

"Room was lovely. Good space and very clean. Staff were very friendly & warm, couldn't fault them. Issue with a one off unauthorised payment that was taken after arrival of £8 which was a little frustrating but theyve promised to reimburse. Bed was very hard & humming of the heating sysyem kept me awake most of the night, constantly getting up to switch things off to search for the issue. Breakfast was nice & I liked the choice of picking from a seperate menu if you want. Coffee machine was lukewarm & for a hugh coffee lover to start the day that was mark down for me. Would recommend paying for breakfast beforehand or on-line for discount rather than paying full cost which, I paid £10 on line, but certainly wouldnt of paid full price for what there was. Overall pleasant stay for the one night although would probably not stay again given the choice of so many other hotels in the area which I prefer, but as always, its a matter of personal opinion."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Pool was a little small if being picky but we had an excellent visit."

"The hotel is both charming and ideally located for easy access to local attractions. Our room was very nice, with a particularly comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, and the gym was impressively well-equipped—far better than is typical for city hotels. The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response. That said, once we arrived, the staff were highly helpful and accommodating."

"The staff were very welcoming! The room was big and beds clean. Bathroom could do with a little improvement (toilet limescale, grout discolouration) but was clean. Bedrooms had everything from hairdryer to coffee machine to iron and board. The main lifts were an issue as one was out of service and the lift would bypass the floors and we were left waiting a while with no clear directions to alternative lift/stairs "

"The location is very good right across the street from the the new street station so it's great for travel The room was decent and clean For any other trips I have to the area I would be looking to stay at this location again"
