We were able to spent our time for shopping and during that the luggages were taken to the new hotel. We were surprised, totally due to we got the suite for the night. The suite of the Hotel Schlössle was really nice as well the personnel. We enjoyed our first staying in Old town of Tallin. "

"We had reservation to hotel olevi residence. When we were there, we waited 30mins to someone come and check us in. But we were sent to another hotel. No one didnt even say sorry for this, it was normal for them. There were night club under the hotel, so we could hear all music and so to our room. Cant recommend this hotel (olav hotel) to anyone. Worst hotel experience we have ever had"
