"含早餐，而且是非常不错的欧式早餐; 有机场shuttle , 房间很宽敞也很安静"

"My only complaint was the dining area the night we arrived. There was a wait of 45 minutes for our food order as there was only one cook in the kitchen and the restaurant was full. I felt sorry for the two young ladies trying to keep everyone happy."

"I booked a King bed but they were somehow out of those so I got two twin beds instead, but the price of the room didn't change since I booked through Expedia. The air conditioner in the room was making horrid loud banging noises so I had to turn it off."

"The actual hotel was amazing , the website and everywhere you look mention on-site parking, but in reality its 2 public parking places next to the hotel, one was being used for event parking so we were instructed to leave, the second we had to valet our car to some rude attendants, terrible information on parking. Needs to update on website to make parking information a lot more clear"

"The receptionist at check in refused to honor reservation. She gave us a queen bed. The room was very clean with all the amenities but not what we asked for. Her attitude could have been a lot better"

"more rags and towels"

"No chair or desk in room. Portable table and couch had to suffice. But room was large, bed good. Food in restaurant was excellent."

"The property was not tidy, with a lot of dirt in the lobby. The carpet was too old and dirty. The tub needs replacement."

"Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war beim Check in nicht besonders freundlich oder interessiert. 1 Fahrstuhl war die komplette Zeit außer Betrieb. Hatten schon deutlich bessere Hotels mit weniger Sternen als dieses. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt."
