"We got a 3 bedroom suite last minute after a VRBO cancelled on us. Suite was nice with a great view. Pools were very nice, and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the omelette station was excellent.
The maintenance staff were great, especially Izzy and DJ, who moved a dryer to make sure we had a working unit. The property definitely has a hard time keeping up with maintenance, as we had several items that needed to be addressed, and we had to ask several times. From the door not fully closing to no weather stripping to drains that were very slow, they did eventually address the issues.
The kitchen in the unit was nice to have, but a few thing could have been better. The plates and bowls looked good, but they were not microwaveable. There was no skillet, which we needed for a few recipes and had to buy.
Other than that, the location is excellent - you can’t have a better location for hotels on Pensacola beach!"
