"The staff were great, especially the staff that did the activities for the children. This hotel is very expensive, so we expected all the waterslides to be open. However, we found out upon check in that they were short staffed and rotated which slides would be open, which was only 2-3 at a time. This was very disappointing as we drove a long way to this hotel. Do not book this hotel until you call and ask about the staffing."

"Very helpful"

"Parking is Horrible"

"Conveniently located. Didn't spend much time at the hotel itself but it was a clean and quiet place to stay for two nights and the 12PM check-out time was a plus!"

"Staff was great will stay again"

"Would not stay here again. Very sketchy property. Not kept up."

"Good location. On the strip, but on the less traffic side. Hotel staff was helpful, but could have been dressed more professional. Front desk area was a little disorganized, but did not hinder them from doing their job. Parking is a little awkward. Room was clean and comfortable. A few minor repairs could have been done in the bathroom, but wasn’t an issue. Overall I would stay there again."

"The units best selling point is simply its location! That and check in was incredible easy and the people were fantastic. Finally, the unit was clean although dated I was very happy with its cleanliness. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and our family of three made it thru one hot shower before water was cold. If we came back to CP I’d stay here again simply because the location can’t be beat for an overnight stay."

"U-Haul being in the hotel was kinda weird never seen that before. Breakfast could have a little more variety. But for the price can not really beat it if you need a place to stay after being at Cedar Point for Haloweekends."

"The lady at the front desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for a place to eat."

"The staff was very helpful, pleasant, we appreciate the amenities"

"Free parking. Staff were friendly. Room was decent. They have a hot tub and pool but didn’t get to use. Close to Cedar Point and amenities. Did its job!"
