"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...

"Beautiful Spa area and breakfast"

"Overall the place was pretty clean from what I could see. I love dogs, but generally I’d consider it bad practice to allow them near food prep/serving spaces."

"The hotel was located ok the hiking trail, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it was adequate."

"Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away."

"Genial"

"Picked this hotel at the last minute due to a hiking injury. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again for sure. Perfect!"

"No14 Verbier - THANK YOU! First impressions were fabulous - from the moment we arrived in the Chalet stepping thro’ the imposing front door fatigue slipped away as our hosts greeted us with a professional, courteous and warm welcome. Before we could blink we were snuggled up in front of the fire mesmerised by the Swiss Alps drinking Champagne accompanied by freshly baked homemade treats. The lounge area interior design was warm, chic and mesmerising - everywhere you sit there is a view onto the...

"Unit was clean and well maintained. Second BR is small and has only a single bed. Views are stunning and location is perfect although not truly ski-in/out. Had to walk 2 blocks to Medran lift. After dark there is no lighting at all at either of the outside entrances."
