"I visit London once or twice a week and have made this Accommodation my preferred venue due to its cleanliness, location and friendly staff.. Simple but effective..☺️👍"

"The room was not clean at all. The AC didn’t work. We were told that someone was moved in a room before us. No accommodations were made. The bathrooms are very disgusting not clean so much tar under the faucet. The room was so hot no AC they put us in a room with no AC."

"The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a convenient location close to restaurants and walking distance to Hyde Park and other attractions. The only negative, was long wait got the elevator as only one was working during our stay."

"Great position for Savoy theatre and other theatres in the Covent Garden area. Hotel very good. Bedrooms are compact but very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Allow time as there is often a wait to be seated."

"It is very noisy, except that everything is good."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Nowhere is it mentioned there is no elevator. Had to carry suit"

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"Excellent! would go back and recommend to others"
