"I was there for 7 nights and 8 days. I asked for cleaning service in the counter and they put the wrong date down . OK fine no problem, but the next day all they did was throw the trash and new towels. Nothing else, not new bed sheets, did'nt clean the bathroom etc. I spoke with the manager, and asked her what does the cleaning service consist of and she walked away. There is no microwave. "Small but quaint"

"Fantastic budget hotel located in a vibrant neighborhood close to public transit and to the main touring sites. Extra charge for breakfast upon request. Noise from the street in noticeable when the windows are open. We stayed in a room with 3 separate bed which was surprisingly spacious but dated. "My favorite hotel in London. since 1963 The Staff are always accommodating and this year, they even celebrated my birthday. Breakfast is not only traditionally English but magnifically displayed. No request to big, they happily serve. M&S and Victoria Station right out their back door. The Mews and Palace just an easy walk with shops and restaurants to temp any purse or palate."
