"El servicio del comedor estuvo bueno La aplicación del hotel donde se hacen reservas y peticiones no sirve El servicio de habitaciones estuvo mal, cuando fueron a limpiar se llevaron las toallas y nos dejaron sin nada, realicé el reporte dos veces y nunca me las llevaron"

"Everything was espectacular"

"Very big property with many pools to enjoy, room service was great and convenient."

"Good quiet resort in general, food is mid."

"El Hotel muy bonito, solo tienen que mejorar la atención a los huéspedes. No podías pedir agua de botella. Te decían que solo en la habitación. ☹️"

"The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Staff is helpful and very friendly. There are lots of things to do and all top quality. The beach is not the best but I didn’t feel the need to go to the beach while in the hotel. Looks are amazing. Great arcade for the kids. Lots of restaurant options although I did prefer the food in the buffet than the specialty restaurants. My only suggestion is to make the check out process smoother (very long lines). Great stay, I recommend it"

"Buena variedad de comida y buenas facilidades"

"Servicio A+"

"My Review of Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Overall, my experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was mixed. The resort has a beautiful pool and beach, but the customer service was inconsistent. The lady working by the pool was absolutely wonderful and provided very good service. The guys at the main bar were also the best — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the beach bar was disappointing. The guys barely acknowledged guests and often made you feel like you...

"Although it was for kids, it was still a waste of money. Things that the app said would be open weren’t. The staff wasn’t helpful unless they wanted you to do a presentation for a timeshares. The food was disgusting! It was a pageant there, so they closed down a lot of places just for them. everything closed really early & overall this trip was by gary worst out the country experience."

"From you arrived the service was excellent none stop greeting. I enjoyed my birthday dinner on the beach with a cake they provide. Excellent service"

"Dos cambios de habitación asignados para persona con incapacidad y Los Aires en ambas habitaciones no funcionaban adecuadamente."

"We went to the Excellence Punta Cana and our trip was incredible. The resort was beyond clean. Every aspect of the resort was maintained and cleaned meticulously. All of the restaurants were incredible with amazing wait staff. There was lots of entertainment both day and night. The shows in the evening were great and the activities during the day were vast. The staff around the resort, no matter their title were very engaged with the guests. We had incredible service all week and we were...

"Rooms are dusty, they don’t change the sheets, give you water or towels unless you ask for it and sometimes they will tell you to go to the lobby to ask for it because they can’t just give them to you. It took two days to get clean towels. Rooms only comes with two. There was also no soap. Housekeeping will start knocking on your door very loud like every 30 mins on check out date starting at 9am non stop. Check out is at 11am or 12p The main partying pool is always filthy, cloudy and dirty."
