"Overall, a great place to visit. My only downfall was the food not a big selection in the quality in my opinion wasn’t great, but it was good. Pools are clean. Swim bars are good. Beach was nice. I would do it again."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana! From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch. The grounds are beautifully kept, the beach is gorgeous with white sand and clear water, and the pool area is fantastic. A special shoutout to the incredible staff—specially Fennis Roa our butler, she was so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.Also, to mr. Rafael Jimenez in the reception area, he was amazing and very helpful. The food options were varied and delicious, with great restaurants and fresh buffets every day. Our room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. If you are looking for relaxation, excellent service, and a true luxury tropical experience, this is the place. We can't wait to return!"

"We just came back from the resort and the only complaint I have is that I had to leave. From day 1, the staff has been extremely helpful and our concierge Miguel Carrido was amazing. He would start the day by letting us know the daily activities and made all of our reservations for the restaurants. The steakhouse is amazing! The morning buffet was well stocked and diverse. My kids LOVED the huge Nutella bottle and were sad that we couldn’t get one for home. My youngest is extremely picky and he was able to find something to eat at every meal and actually enjoyed his food. For children, the place offers tons of daily activities and had a center and a pool just for the children with slides. They have a movie theater showing movie and tons of indoor activities when you need them. For adults, the pools offer a swim-up bar and tons of activities around it. They have a sport bar—which we made used for it to watch the World Cup finals. It was amazing seeing and meeting people from all over the world cheering for their team. The kids loved the lazy river. They have a scuba try out center in the main pool. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only place we didn’t swim in was the ocean because of the seaweeds but the hotel maintained it really well. Walking on the beach was beautiful and again, well maintained. Our room was extremely well cared for. Housekeeping was extremely helpful and kept our room looking new. We will be coming back soon!"

"The pools all close at 7 so get the swim up, the bars close early as well except the sports bar, the mini bar in the room has beer only so it's kind of hard to enjoy the all inclusive if you want drinks in the evening. You can request a bottle of liquor or champagne to your room a day in advance. Staff was amazing, room gorgeous, food was better at some restaurants not that great at some, room service was good, the resort is beautiful there is a nice variety of things to do. It is far from outside stuff like restaurants downtown bars shopping, resort does not provide shuttle service so expect to pay about 50 dollars each way for taxi and drive about 30 minutes if you leave the resort. I will definitely go back here, it was lovely."
