"The resort is wonderful, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. Next time I will definitely bring my fan as the humidity is very high."

"Lovely stay"

"Muy bonito el hotel pero el servicio es pésimo"

"Excellent"

"En cuanto a estructura y decoración el hotel está muy bonito pero nos hicieron pasar muy mal momento. Empezando con que al momento de hacer la reserva coloque en expedía pagar al momento de llegar al hotel y el hotel empezó a enviar mensajes diciendo que debo realizar el pago antes de llegar de lo contrario cancelarían mi reserva, ósea violaron el acuerdo al momento de reservar. "I did a lot of research when trying to pick the right resort for me as a single woman in my 20s who enjoys both peace and fun, and I felt like this resort was a great fit. "I love the room with the pool, the staff was excellent!! The only issue I had was being harassed by the people on the beach therefore me and my fiancé didn’t get to enjoy the beach like we wanted to!! Overall get experience!! Thanks for having us"

"We just spent 5 nights here at the Excellence Punta Cana and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Always available and overall fun to be with. We truly were sad to leave"

"Staff provided good services, their effort was amazed but my rooms has no phone service, no tv and the worst of it , the toilet was out of service. We requested services several times , with no progress . On the third time , the bathroom was fixed, but they were unable to fix the rest. The staff in general were A+ , but the rooms needs “maintenance and “tender loving care”. We expected more for a more inclusive hotel."

"The staff should be kindly. We had a disrespectful with a waiter named Jonathan in steakhouse restaurant. We were a complete family of 30 member and he was disrespectful until point that we didnt finished dinner."
