"Great stay at the Arlo in Dc."

"Room was clean and well decorated. Charming hotel."

"A great location. Historic inn that has been upgraded. An incredibly helpful staff. Well located."

"Really great location. The hotel was quirky which i loved. The room felt very futuristic- you could control the blinds, lights and tv from a small tablet. You could dim the lights, change colours to fit your mood. Enjoyed playing with it. Room was like a university dorm but perfect for a single traveller. "Good customer service"

"Very clean rooms the staff was amazing. Centrally located was great."

The TV has poor reception with the antenna and no internet for streaming. Basic, good value, I will stay here again."

"Will start with the hotel room the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows were really flat. I honestly felt like I was sleeping on my arms the entire time I kept waking up with my arms hurting because the pillows had no support. The blanket is basically a very thin comforter with a duvet. I was freezing the entire time. It felt like I was sleeping with a sheet on.. There was a lot of holes in the wall and wallpaper peeling. Also, the blinds were messed up. The lobby smelt...
