"They advertise as pet friendly but refused my cat. They claimed Expedia wouldn't let them advertise "dogs only". The woman at the counter was very rude. Will never reserve here."

"Desk clerk very nice and helpful. Room was spacous. Beds comfortable. Shower was great, but sink water pressure was low. Location was great for overnight stop travelling east to west."

"Went for a wedding with other family members, there room was not ready when they arrived in the evening, so they were given a room on a different floor, away from our party. They had a toddler and this made it difficult for us to get together in the hotel. We had requested rooms together and were told we would get them. Staff were very nice. "Staff went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms and breakfast was far above expectations"

"Good breakfast. Good TV."

After she sang for an hour, the front desk guy came down there and said, “You are going to have to stop. I can hear you over everyone in the lobby.” It was only 35-40 people drinking and hanging out in the lobby area. No way she was too loud, OR we are wondering if it was because she...
