"We thought we had booked an excellent hotel till there was a glitch about servicing our room. The issue was remedied by the staff as best as they could. But the disappointment about their services cannot be undone. They were extremely apologetic and even offered us free breakfast plus a bottle of red wine n chocs t make up for the inconveniences. It was unfortunate that the cleaning staff let them down and we were the casualties. All being said this is a very centrally located hotel."

"Thank u"

"We loved the history, the location and the amazing staff who were attentive and helpful! HIGHLY recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end was great. Room was clean."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience of a peaceful, beautiful stay in a very busy city was lovely."

"Location was great. Walking distance to many attractions. The place was clean and very large, with a kitchen area, couch and separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The only issue was the jackhammering of construction outside the bedroom starting at 730am. So if you're not an early riser that might be an issue. The other thing is the toilet is not in the bedroom but all way through the apartment by the front door which makes the middle of the night interesting."

"One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was a little underwhelming, it was busy at the Riverside reception were I was dropped off. I initially felt overlooked, until another staff member quickly noticed, welcomed me and reassured me about the wait. Not quite the arrival I expected from a hotel of this standing, but thankfully it was the only lukewarm moment of my stay. My room on the Parkside of the...

"Excellent location and staff super helpful."

"Nice very old hotel. Conveniently located close to Old Town Square, which had so many restaurants."
