"Great experience!"

"The rooms we booked were really clean; the staff were lovely and could not have been more accommodating, especially with a medical condition to plan around! They were also very helpful in organising our transfers to and from the airport, which took away a massive headache! Unfortunately, the bar was undergoing renovations when we were there, which was a shame."

"I completely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pupp. The location is perfect, I was able to walk to every place I wanted to see. Sip the water from the public fountains for an iron infusion!"

"Everything was good and also great location to access tourist sites on foot."

"We accidentally booked a room for two nights, only needing one. With more than 24 hours notice, we asked them to cancel the second night. They were very inflexible. That is my issue w the management."
