"I was honestly expecting to give them 4 stars when we first arrived but then everything went south. The hotel started doing maintenance work the second day, banging on gas pipes at 11pm and 5am right above our room, and the workers wouldn't stop even after we complained. Then they turned the terrace outside our room into a construction site effectively blocking all access to the elevator and staircase. Again we complained but nothing was done. In addition to that, the rooms are tiny, you...

"Excelente todo, la comida, el servicio, los chicos k te ayudan con las maletas"

"Ich habe mich auch beim zweiten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt! Man kann das Gepäck im Aufenthaltsraum unterbringen, während man mit dem Zug nach Aguas Calientes fährt."

"We had booked a room with a queen size bed, and only ended up getting a double bed for our two nights stay. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The one morning our excursion left at 4 AM. They made sure we had sandwiches and water to take with us in place of the complementary breakfast. Would stay there again, but would make sure we ended up with a queen size room"

"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."

"Spectacular well run hotel in Cusco. Service was impeccable."

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"Top stay in Cuzco, and tasty drinks at the lobby"

"Good for one night at Aguas Calientes- Machu Pichu"

"Clean room and facilities and friendly staff. Great breakfast. However, hot water in the shower was an issue most of the time, which they could'nt fix very easily despite multiple complaints."

"Excellent staff!"

"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."

"Great service from the team including a porter meeting us at station to pick up bags and giving us a nice mini tour of town! Hotel is located at a great location center of town with 5mins access to train station and bus to Machu Picchu Room was amazing and well laid out ! We had a good night sleep ! Dinner and Breakfast were both a let down food was average and was not meeting expectations from the reviews we read."
