"Great property for 3 people. It was well equipped very clean . Location perfect for Hawkeshead for all amenities. Will definitely return."

"Loved this hotel We booked here last minute for a little mini moon after getting married last Friday We stayed 2 nights and everything about this hotel was amazing The reception staff were fabulous and so was the man who greeted us when we come showing us to our room and showed us how to use the hot tub. Can’t fault this hotel at all and was just perfect to what we needed We happened to mention it was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a roof top room I thought the Champers on arrival was...

"فندق رائع وموقعه امام البحيره ومساحه الغرفه جدا جميله وواسعه اكيد راح اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق"

"Lovely staff, decent hotel and in a great spot, but something between Expedia and the hotel went wrong and we had to check out of our room at 11 and into another at 3, even though we were only there for 2 nights. I agreed to this as it was too late to hunt down another hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were really lovely, but our room was made up as a double, when it should’ve been a twin. "The city double was so much better than expected. Spacious room and big bathroom. Breakfast had good choices. The gatsby bar was a beautiful area to sit and drink the night away. Staff were very attentive."

"We stayed one night at the hotel The restaurant was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals there , both dinner and breakfast. the room we booked was a superior room, we were a little surprised to find 2 bunkers in the room (as well as the king bed) but it was quite spacious in the room so it was ok."

"Staff were great but there were very clear signs of wear and tear which for the price was poor. Outside seating area was very worn and tired. Black mould in the corner of the room. Threadbare bath mat. For £800+/night the upkeep of the room should have been a lot better."

"Substandard food. Unwillingness to listen to feedback. Over inflated prices"

"We had cabin 1 and it was great. Hot tub, wood, everything was lovely and well thought out. Everything you need was there"

I think the stay is good for a relaxing evening with lots to do in the property and around. They have some vegetarian options in the menu as well. They have spa treatments that are advertised for 7 days a week, but don’t seem to operate on Sundays or Mondays, which is bad if you’re planning to spend the weekend there. Not the property if you...
