"The place is nice enough and entertaining for little ones. Love that there are bikes and boats to use. Some other things felt halfway thought-through. I received a welcome email saying that breakfast would be served everyday. When we woke up on Monday, there was no breakfast and no communication. The grill kit comes with utensils and a lighter, but doesn’t come with anything to put grilled items on or salt/pepper. A few mismatched plates were in the cabinet, though they had not been cleaned...

"The tub in 320, 5 Pines needs mold removal and new caulk. The tub itself was clean, but it looked very bad around the edges"

"The best! Location, rooms, experience all is A+ top notch. We have stayed here many times over the past few years and it’s always a perfect stay!!"

"Pool temp was good and also the hot tub. Would stay there again."

"Stunning and peaceful property! I also made use of the free access to a kayak and had the most beautiful early morning outing on the lake. Highly recommend!"

All 3 times different staff, pool was always closed all 3 time. 10/2-10/4 stay new mngr told me owners don’t publish pool closed because no one will book.. breakfast sucks, access cards stop working, toilet doesn’t work absolute hellhole"

"Great staff! Pool and hot tub were clean!! Breakfast was nice!"

"Rooms on lake attract a lot of bugs but overall good amenities."

"I appreciate the online check-in option. It made the process very easily. The furniture and carpet appeared to be new-“ish,” but holy, did our room reek of stale cigarettes. The bed appeared clean and was relatively comfortable. The floor of the shower was dark gray from years of wear and there was mildew on the caulk. This place desperately needs to be gutted and remodeled if they’re going to continue charging what they do. Overall, I would only choose to stay here if it was the very last...
