"Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spotless, spacious and the sea view was well worth the extra money. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful, I’d highly recommend the magnesium full body treatment. "Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor....

"This was a very beautiful hotel in an amazing place. The vibe is luxurious but not pretentious. We encountered helpful staff that efficiently booked us last minute tours and transportation. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was a huge spread of delicious food. The room we had was sparkling clean and spacious. We enjoyed the large balcony. This hotel is outside the main city and old town area so you will have to use rideshare or other transportation methods to get around but it's not...

"Won't stay again. Service and management is so poor. No help provided with bags for check in. No early check in, and no late check out beyond 1 hour. Someone from housekeeping came into our room an hour before check out with our baby still sleeping. So disruptive! Do not order any drinks at the pool bar, all their glassware is filthy dirty! They recycle food from breakfast to dinner back to breakfast."
