"The pool closed at 11 pm for children and stayed open until 12 AM for adults. When we went down stairs to enjoy a kid free experience in the pool and hot tub at 11:30 there was a group of children in the pool. We left the hotel at midnight and arrived back close to 1 in the morning and there was still a group of kids and adults in the pool area screaming and being loud. We can hear them running through the halls during the night. Although this was more of a guest issue, I feel the staff should...

"It smelled bad, as soon as you walked in the door. The place was rundown and a mess. Christmas decorations still up.."

"I don’t think our room was cleaned at all. Front desk came up and cleaned the dirty toilet. Used loofah in the shower. "

"Overall, my recent stay was great. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and met all my needs. The only area for improvement was the smell. There was a very strong cleaning or air freshener scent that was masking another smell (maybe smoke or pets). This will not prevent me from future stays but it's worth noting as it was strong enough that my wife could smell it as soon as I opened my suitcase when I returned home!!"

"The house itself is wonderful—cozy, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything you need. However, the beds were a major downside; they felt quite cheap and were as hard as concrete. If the mattresses were upgraded, this place would be a 10/10. Despite the sleep quality, the rest of the stay was great and we would stay again"
