"What a nice surprise. Our room was nice size, had a kitchenette, couple of windows and colorful. Not your drab usual hotel. The breakfasts were good and had a nice selection. The location was great, easy walking distance to the Glidder (tram bus) and the Hop On bus stop. We would stay here again."

"Location was perfect for the titanic experience and 02 arena and only a short text into town which is a nice 30 min walk in a good weather day."

"The staff of the Fitzwilliam delivered a truly 5 star experience. The check-in experience, dining & concierge staff, and the housekeeping team far exceeded our expectations. The majority of the facilities were in good working order and appearance, just had a frayed carpet in the middle of our room entry area. We will definitely be back when traveling to Belfast."

"Great stay loved the history of the hotel and location . Great Guinness as well ."

"Older hotel with large rooms. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but had enough variety. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Ulster Museum and botanical gardens close by."

"Such a beautiful hotel right in the city centre, luxurious and beautiful, definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself."

"Sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Schloss im Bad war recht schwergängig, ansonsten alles super"

"This property was so beautiful. Well decorated, clean, near everything and the staff were excellent. They didn’t have their own parking but there was nearby parking that was easy to find and a close walk."

"The hotel is within walking distance of the main transportation links, shopping areas and sightseeing."

"Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Even though there is limited parking there is more spots available nearby."

"I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

"Really great stay, the hotel Is spotless and the staff were very attentive. The only down side is the carpark is fairly small so at night is full, but there is on street parking available. Hotel Parking is cheaper than on street for 24 hours though."
