"The property is filthy. Definitely not up to any clean standards. If I can give it one star I would definitely not safe for kids. Doesn’t feel like a family atmosphere hotel more like an hourly motel. There were no towels. We had one towel in our bathroom, which was stained the beds. Felt like it had bedbugs. We would’ve left the hotel if there were any other hotel available .see pictures attached."

"There is only one elevator in this hotel which has not operational since September this year per check-in personnel. Everyone carries his/her luggage to second or third floor. It was a surprise when I arrived."

"Very helpful staff!"

"Lovely room, super kind staff and great breakfast. Wonderful place to stay!"

"Did not service the room during my stay. Several things in my room were broken. Breakfast offerings were really lacking."

"Wouldn’t stay"

"Great place to stay. Very clean, great kitchen. Helpful host."

"Goede locatie, mooi huis. Let op, de advertentie vermeld 4 kamers en 4 bedden. In de vierde kamer was er echter geen bed aanwezig, enkel een luchtmatras !"

"We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand."

"Access to Conejos River was fantastic. Great place for family fun. Clean and ready for guests. Friendly host."

"Stayed there for a school thing at the local university. It wasn't far from town or the school. It was nice."

"Convenient access to paved road. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Centralized location for a home base so we could see many sites in the area over the time we were there. I would choose to stay there again if ever in the area in the future."

"We drove around the neighborhood, saw several scary mean looking people bicycle or walked around, also the surrounding houses, we didn’t feel safe, so we didn’t stay. We left and decided to stay in a hotel."
