"Very disappointing stay at Best Western Alamosa Inn. We checked in after 8:00 PM after spending the day at Great Sand Dunes National Park, only to find multiple issues with our room: the bathroom sink was completely unusable because the stopper was stuck closed, the shower body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty, and the hair dryer did not work and contained broken glass. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues. We reported the problems immediately. After waiting over...

"This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee."

"House is clean but very dated and dark. One bed was broken and I had to put a 5 gallon bucket under it to keep my disabled spouse from falling off. At least two of the beds should be replaced. Plastic under the dining room table was a trip hazard. We ended up rolling it up out of the walkway. Be careful.
