"Cleaning staff never had wash cloths to provide. We were told the hotel no longer offers them?? How do you properly shower with no wash cloth. Found it odd as when we arrived we had two, after we used them they took and never replaced. Breakfast was excellent and the other staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and professional. Location was perfect near metro station and city center."

"Really nice boutique hotel on a side block around alot of action. Not overcrowded, so there it can be relaxing. Really nice garden area and rooftop with a good size pool with a beautiful view. Room for us comfortably along with our toddler. My wife loved the details in the design!"

The room was small and could use a little updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!"

"Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location."

"Nice hotel although a little pricey. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge and restaurant was nice. Sadly the pool was not heated and the water was too cold to swim."

"Buenas atención en recepción. Habitación comoda.Realmente me gustó todo. Excepto que no había crema dental y yo no cargaba😔"

"I had a wonderful stay at Sabila Natura Boutique Madrid! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. My room was excellent, very clean, and smelled so fresh and nice every time I walked in. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It is right in the center of Madrid, exactly where you want to be when visiting the city. So many of Madrid’s famous attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful areas are just steps away, which made exploring the city very...
