"Excelente lugar y ubicación"

"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"Las instalaciones y la limpieza son excelentes. La comida, no tan variada, y una queja, cuando llegamos, nos ofrecieron un coctel de bienvenida que JAMAS LLEGÓ, lo volvimos a pedir y las respuestas fueron, UN MOMENTITO... y NADA. al siguiente día lo volvimos a pedir, y JAMÁS NOS LO DIERON.... para mí es una falta de respeto."

"Great staff, very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Highly recommend the Osh hotel for its location in the heart of Getsemani."

"We had the most incredible time at Sofitel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the resort is the perfect place to just stop and relax. It's not too big but the perfect size to make the most of it. They also offer activities throughout the day, we did a pizza making class free of charge. The beach is gorgeous but note it isn't completely private. A big shout out to Ramses who helped deliver our pizza making class in English. A huge thanks again to the Sofitel Baru team."

"I did not like this hotel at all stay at Oz collection it’s better"

"The staff, facility and the whole experience was amazing. When you are inside the hotel property, the outside world is shut down and it feels like a sanctuary of its own. I enjoyed my experience."

"En general muy buen hotel con todas las instalaciones necesarias y muy limpio. Únicamente el gimnasio solo está un poco descuidado y le falta equipo … el vapor y sauna de cobran aparte."

"We stayed a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it - the price was great. The rooms are a bit small - (reminds me of the girls in Tokyo) but we enjoyed our stay, the rooftop bar has Great views, the staff is super helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Medellin -"

"Room Bed. Sheets were bad. The Maids actually didnt change the sheets or Comforter and only had one sheet on the bed. Asked couple if times to change the bed completely wasn’t done. You can tell the Hilton needed upgrades to the the rooms , very outdated and old. No nice perfume odor in the lobby like top rated Hiltons Supply. Very Disappointed in this Hilton Property"

"I had a terrible scare when someone banged on my hotel room door—violently and dangerously—while I was asleep; they tried to open the door several times. I called reception more than four times and threatened to call the police before a security guard finally arrived and saw the people who had tried to enter my room. My wife was terrified, and we had to be moved to a different room, with our luggage transferred there as well. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience; honestly, I should refuse...
