"This is a ☆ or ☆☆ hotel. 50km off the Icefields Parkway. The worst hotel we've ever stayed in at $360. per night. Room - no decor, no shelves, no furnishings except 2 chairs & 1 cheap small sideboard, no microwave, unfinished room & bathroom with rust in shower. Told room was under renovation! Thank goodness for a mini fridge & okay bed. Photos on site are from 3 luxury, river view log cabins in the camping grounds. False advertising! The motel property is not well maintained and the rooms...

"We were on motorcycle trip. Picked this facility to stay at because of the good photos and ratings. And we also knew we would need a hot tub after a long day riding. Unfortunately pool and hot tub were not serviceable. This was not advertised when we booked otherwise we would have found a hotel that had one. Was very important to us. That was the only complaint though. Is an exceptional facility."

"Honestly the staff made the stay. They are in the middle of renovations so no restaurant or liquor store but out the door and less than two minutes you are enjoying a pub or fast food. The staff were phenomenal we were on motorcycles and they let us park in the garage, gave us such a warm welcome, and were overall extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Rocky Mountain House!"

The pre chopped wood and roasting sticks my having supper over the fire fun and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful in the lead up to our stay.
