"朝食は種類が多くて満足 朝食付きにしたのにこちらから確認するまで場所や時間についての案内がなく、部屋にも案内はなかった バスタブのお湯がほんの少しずつしか出なく、お湯が貯まらないため浸かることができなかった 夜遅くて問い合わせるのも面倒だったため、諦めたが、最初からきちんと整備しておいて欲しかった"

"Spacious, functional and super clean room. Amazing view! Buffet breakfast with excellent selection. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Shopping, sightseeing and transportation are all within walking distance. Housekeeping staff are amazing and they keep our room super clean everyday during our one week stay. We will stay at Grand Hyatt again when we return to Shanghai!"

"Amazing stay at Marriott, definitely recommend it and very central! Thank you for the helpful staff, Lena at the reception and Derek who help me out with taxi 🙏"

"Very close to the 14 line. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Laundry was very convenient but the indicator to tell you that a washer is available wasn't working. Overall, a great hotel."

"I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating had it had a lobby sitting area (lounge) not just the cafe! There should be a few chairs out the door for guests waiting for a ride! Breakfast at the club leaves much to be desired, the food variety felt like a small motel off the highway with no star rating!! At the price per night breakfast should be better ten folds!"

"Wonderful nightime view. Big enough rooms. Cleaned daily, water refilled daily, clean towels daily. Airconditioning working fine. Were able to store our luggage before check in. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions. Tiny store located beneath the hotel and a bar next to it. No complaints"

"The room is quite large and clean. The sea view is gorgeous. The breakfast is crowded and quality is so so."

"Amazing Hotel. The rooms are spacious, everything is clean, you have a great gym and pool on the top floor. The only downside is that thr next subway station is about 20 min way, but we took a taxi or a bike and it worked just as well. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Breakfast was also great with lots of eastern and western options."

"Really good stay. Concierge team was exceptional amongst a great overall service experience from the hotel staff."

"Lief personeel en altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam"
