"The room was super cozy and well equipped. Lovely stay, especially for a hotel airport."

"Great location, staff, facilities, food, and the VIEW !!!! One of the BEST experiences we have had across all of our travels"

"Very good!"

"A Banheira externa do Domo estava com temperatura ótima, bem quente, mas era pouco anatomica, o colchão era muito duro, as piscina não abriram no horário previsto. Os funcionários foram formidáveis , pessoas maravilhosas! O cafe da manhã era basico mas gostoso! O Hotel dispõe de ótimas trilhas, lugar fabuloso, natureza pura , agradável e de fácil acesso!"

"Housekeeping, basic supplies, and staff availability could definitely be improved. Staff were rarely seen, and throughout our stay, there were no changes of towels or bed linens, nor was soap replenished. We only managed to get fresh towels once, when we happened to encounter a staff member taking out the trash and asked her directly for replacements. "Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. I highly recommend it."

"Great accommodation in a safe and convenient location. The staff are polite and attentive and the hotel is kept clean and modern whilst reasonably priced for the location. I would happily stay there again."

"Todo muy limpio"

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)"

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...

"Property was getting old and needs rebuilding"

"Loved it. Would definitely stay there again ! Staff is awesome."

"Very nice hotel with very attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent close to restaurants and main attractions and with a beautiful park at the front. Rooms were small but comfortable beds."

"A hotel within a short distance of the airport with an effective shuttle between airport and hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff."
