"Nunsmere Hall is a beautiful, grand building that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere really special. Excellent value for money for a midweek, one-night stay. My room was large, spacious and well equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a lovely, spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
There are a few little areas that could do with some attention, such as the edges of the carpets and some curtain finishings, and I couldn’t quite work out how to switch on a couple of the lamps, but these were only minor niggles in an otherwise great stay.
The staff were lovely, especially the lady working in the bar on Tuesday 27th October. She was working incredibly hard but maintained such a friendly, positive attitude — a real credit to the hotel!
Overall, a wonderful stay, great value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely stay again!"
