"Met expectations and liked its centralization to city center. Walkable city location!"

"Lovely staff, great bar. Some minor issues with design of the room.."

"Staff excellent. Breakfast great Rooms very very nice. Stayed last year but this year showed a massive improvement. Had a room downstairs far superior to upstairs. A little noisy around 130 am but nothing you can do about that. Staff considerately and diplomatically moved non disabled parking guest out of disabled space. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend it. Will be back. Receptionist on duty 830 am last Tuesday was exceptional."

"Everything in this hotel was perfect. Would definitely book again and recommend"

"The location is good and stunning views. the rooms are not kept well and bathrooms were moldy tile. Not good housekeeping."

The tub was massive, had a lovely soak. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the spa as it as booked out. Breakfast was great, good variety of food, friendly and helpful staff."

"Even though the room was in the older wing it was completely updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were good quality. The ensuite was huge, almost as large as the main room with soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower sink and toilet and towel warmers. Good mirror and well lit. The bed was queen sized and the TV was sizable. Desk and dresser. Really pretty nice. I arrived early and the young man at reception was mainly concerned about the proper check-in time and couldn’t be bothered...
