"Nice place to stay. Alittle different then we were accustomed to, but the place was very clean and quaint. The views are immaculate from your balcony. The swimming pool is very clean. Wish it was heated in the evening. The room didn’t have any carpet on the floor throughout. It was bare concrete, theres no paper towels in the rooms or ledge in the shower to place your toiletries. "We moved from a different location to the a pink Palm. Could not be happier with the choice. The spot was amazing, great little pool and hot tub, great staff, rooms were absolutely awesome. The whole vibe in this posh little place was perfect."

"Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. "
