"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"

"The place is just wonderful"

"Amazing variety for included breakfast."

"Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion...

"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

"Absolutely beautiful property and view. The breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection. 5 star experience."

"Staffed welcomed us and explained the hotel amenities, then took us to our beautiful room. The hotel is close to all the action but down a quiet alley and you feel the difference. Had such a great time."

"Amazing experience"

"La playa no es buena, es bastante sucia. Puede que sea el entorno poco cuidado pero hace al lugar. El resort propiamente dicho tiene una muy buena oferta gastronomica y de bebidas y a diferencia de varios all inclusive, no hace distincion en la eleccion (todo absolutamente esta incluido). El servicio de la gente deja algo que desear. No se si es el lugar, la zona o el pais, pero no son muy amables ni serviciales, pareceria que trabajan a desgano y que no merecen estar en una posicion de...

"Everything was amazing!!!!!!!! Highly recommended"

"I’d love to give this a perfect “10”, but I had some issues. I wasn’t allowed any Hilton Honors points because I booked my stay through Expedia instead of the Hilton site. I would think a big company like Hilton could figure out a way to do this. I asked the receptionist if my being a member offered any perks during my stay. No. There are 6 Hiltons on Crete. This is the only one that does not include breakfast. I had to pay €20 for the VERY small buffet. The waffle maker was defective. The...

"Room was clean, although small overall the rest of the property makes up for it with the cozy lounge and great breakfast buffet! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us during our stay there to make it extra special including a special treat for our honeymoon. The valet parking service was easy to use and the staff again were amazing and even gave recommendations on where to go in Crete. The hotel itself is 5-10min walk to anything you may want in Chania. Highly recommend!"
