"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"

"The place is just wonderful"

"Amazing variety for included breakfast."

"Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion...

"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. "Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time."

"I’d love to give this a perfect “10”, but I had some issues. I wasn’t allowed any Hilton Honors points because I booked my stay through Expedia instead of the Hilton site. I would think a big company like Hilton could figure out a way to do this. I asked the receptionist if my being a member offered any perks during my stay. No. There are 6 Hiltons on Crete. This is the only one that does not include breakfast. I had to pay €20 for the VERY small buffet. The waffle maker was defective. The...
