"When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. "Room was okay, hotel is definitely dated. Only "lux" thing about it is the location/beach views. Bathroom is poorly designed, towels dingy, very little water pressure in shower, almost no amenities, very limited room service, tight covered parking, parking level foyer reeked of urine. Did not use laundry service - found a laundromat close by instead. "

"I had to call to get directions to our room as I couldn’t find it with all the renovations, the man that answered was short and rude. The floors were really dirty our feet were gross after walking barefoot the afternoon we arrived. They have been renovated and the room was fairly nice for the price, however when the people staying above turned their exhaust fan on, it was incredibly loud in our room. They left it running all night and it made it difficult to sleep as it rattled the bathroom....

"Shower leaked, air conditioner on a timer and turns itself off, first checkin text no access code given therefore I had to contact property, dirty coffee cup, left over food from previous guest, half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Two nights of accommodation with only one bath towel per stay. No housekeeping during the duration of our stay."
