My daughter and I had a lovely stay at HBoutique. The apartments are very roomy and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. The only complaint we did have was the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other apartments.

I really enjoyed staying here in the One Bedroom Villa which was dog friendly (the other rooms aren't). It was perfect for our stay - It was a decent size, all very clean and organised. The one bedroom villas also have lovely views to a pond and out across the vineyards and mountains. We stayed in winter so it was cold in the Valley at night but the gas fire kept us so cosy. Kitchen is great and has microwave, decent little fridge, electric frying pan, cutlery and plates. It just lacks an oven/stove. We could watch the sun set and in the mornings see Kangaroos and birds right outside the window. Its close to lots of the vineyards in Polkbien. Its largely a self service hotel - no one physically at reception. So you need to download an app to checkin and get the key passcode. The cleaners are often there and very helpful if you need things.

Location was great. Room layout was good and amenities were good. Sadly the apartment was tired looking, about 80% clean. Chairs and carpet had permanent stains, time for an upgrade, repairs on toilet wall were very poor. Dust was collecting on top edge of tiles and furniture legs at the base. Pillows were both flat in the bedroom, could not get a comfortable position. Would only rate as 3 star.
