"Great location and stay!!"

"Absolutely amazing service and accommodation. After staying at another resort in Fiji we know just how good we had it at Nanuku! Highly recommend"

"While the staff were both friendly and accommodating, the bure provided was in a state of disrepair. Issues included an unpleasant odor in the toilet, a lack of essential amenities such as air freshener and hand wash, and a leaking basin. Furthermore, the hair dryer was non-functional, and the overall value of the accommodation did not align with the price charged."

"We stayed for a week at Crusoes Retreat. It is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The last time was 10 years ago. To say the condition had gone downhill is an understatement. The once thatched roofs are now rusted with twigs left. Some Bures have had the roofs replaced. The beachfront bar is rotting and never opened. The spa pool was out of order and looked liked it hadn’t been open in months. The whole place was tired. If you choose this Resort by the photos on the website you will be very...

"Stayed in unit 7. The room was ok.However they need to replace sheets which had holes. Pillow cases, towels, ironing board cover had stains on them. Lamp shade had mould and the plastic dish rack. Ironing board needs a foam under the cover as when ironing a top the metal on ironing board left a imprint on it. Metal on ironing board legs and the clothes airer have rust on them. Outside gardens where well maintained. Breakfast prices were good."

"Clean room and central location. Continue to keep the hotel maintenance up, especially the exterior of the building."

"The Tv in the room was not working when I ask the staff they told me non of the TV is working in this apartment when I told them it’s says on booking that flat screen tv in the room they told me that they don’t have control on Expedia , I spent my time just setting doing nothing when I’m the room very disappointed"

"Wow this hotel was excellent value for the money. Clean room and nice breakfast."

"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

"Beautiful staff. Lovely Culture. Magnificent hospitality."

"Although our stay was quick we appreciate how easy it was to find the property and were generously upgraded to a better room once we arrived! If you’re staying in Suva this is a great, centrally located hotel that is worth it!"

"Staff was amazing , rooms were clean would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing trip"
