"Wonderful property. Not very far outside of Elicotville village."

"no microwave, scalding hot water. overpriced."

"We love staying here!"

"Great property"

"I like this property and it has been continually upgraded. It was clean, and very nice but 3 items put me off. The lighting in the rooms is poor, no hair dryer, and wall paper coming off the wall behind the toilet. Where the wallpaper was off the wall I could see black mould behind it. I’ve stayed here several times before but given the mould I would think twice."

"Very small and breakfast was cold and food was not replenished quickly."

"Very quiet and staff was very friendly."

"Lois and Amy are always awesome! Easy check-in and out. We love being able to relax on the porch and hang out in the parlor. Breakfast is awesome. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants (bars!). We always meet friendly guests staying there at the same time."

"Very noisy. Next to route 39 and 16 -- trucks using jake breaks to slow down at the intersection. Creaky floors and thin walls make television and conversations apparent in other rooms."

"A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!"

"Breakfast was outstanding"

"its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow"
