"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Honestly, with the exception of one service person at breakfast, the staff have all the warmth and charm of slightly overworked border control people. The room's floors needed some cleaning, but otherwise clean and well stocked. Breakfast was okay. The location is amazing... Noisy neighbours in the courtyards but that's a bit to be expected, but better curtains and windows wouldn't be a bad idea... Overall was a bit underwhelmed... What's funny is, underwhelmed again as this was our second stay...

"When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. "The rooms are clean but very tiny. The bathrooms are excellent with lots of space and very modern. The hallways are dingy and very dark and the location isn’t the most convenient. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping is only available for a minimum stay of 6 nights (we stayed at multiple hotels in Europe and all of them offered daily housekeeping, so this was a bit unexpected)."

"Centrally located to beautiful gothic district. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a fifth star had the staff actually been more helpful explaining - upon arrival - the European “way” of accessing electricity int the room and controlling the heat and air. We received no help when calling and slept in a hot room for a night. Be aware of minimal plugs…even for converters/adapters. No room on bathroom for toiletries. Shower was good."

"I don't normally stay at airport centric hotels, but I have zero regrets for staying at the Barcelona Airport Hotel. I thought it was a modern and aesthetically pleasing venue. It's an oasis in the midst of an industrial area. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the multiple on-site restaurants provided lots of variety. The breakfast buffet was superb. "

"Room was very clean and staff was very nice. However I don’t know if I could stay here in the summer as the AC was very weak and we had it on the lowest possible setting. We had to open up the balcony doors to let air in as we were packing bc we were sweating with AC set at 68 degrees."
