"Excelente todo"

"Great for Kids, but Service and Safety Need Improvement We stayed at Serenade Caribe Family Resort from October 20–24, 2026, with our young children. The resort is beautiful, and our kids loved the water park and pool-access room. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some staff were friendly, while others seemed rude and unwelcoming. "Property was nice but the food was absolutely terrible. Being in such a nice place for 4 nights and every meal just wasn’t good. Water smelled funny that wasn’t bottled and sodas were flat. The buffet food was almost inedible. There’s no real management or chefs around to speak too and front desk was not the best. For all inclusive good food is a must!!!"

"I enjoyed the resort, a lil chill vibe vs a turn up vibe however I I have no complaints. I would definitely come back & recommend others."

"loved it!"

"Staff were helpful and friendly"

"The food was horrible and not much entertainment as I remembered from before."

"Overall good experience, friendly chefs, cleaners and staff. I only had issue with the phones. I found it difficult to call the fronk desk from the comfort of my room."

"Rooms need immediate updates it’s falling apart"
