"The resort was beautiful and had many fun things to do, The food was terrific had many different selections available. The only thing I did not enjoy was the pools. Unfortunately the water in the pools was very hot and not fun to be in. The night club was in need of better air conditioning. The cenotes area was the best thing that I enjoyed."

"The room was spacious but smelled old and dusty. My husband had allergies flare up and he’s allergic to mold. Some of the staff was nice. Others were just annoyed if you asked them a question. The pools were alright, but we preferred the beach. The beach was clean. The pools were not super clean and they need to be repaired. Everything cost something. Some details at the casino or even at the dolphin cay were not clear. That’s why the dolphin cay was empty. The casino doesn’t give anything...

"Love the resort only recommendation is that few things should be fix quickly so the stayed would have been marvelous."

"More entertaining"

"Me encantó ❤️"

"I traveled for work, and it was the ideal spot to be at an all-inclusive resort. Love the place."

"Very clean resort, friendly staff, good food, tasty drinks, easy to use app, good stores, abundance of pool options, wonderful entertainment staff and an overall amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"I love this hotel this was my second visit to this location. Unfortunately I booked the double room suites but it had horrible and awful view. We were on the 4th floor which i requested top floor a month in advance. All we could see was a white wall, no ocean view. That ruined everything for us. But outside that,no other major issues."

"Great place to stay. Constant parties, food and drinks ok (shots only for me) too much sugar, club was nice as well but closed at 1 on Friday and Saturday and everyone kind of got pushed to casino. Beach was a vibe especially beach party, small amount of seaweed but was cleaned so no worries. Definitely would recommend this place and possibly will consider going back! Download app to keep up with the theme nights so you can be prepared"

"Hotel staff from te restaurants, front desks, staff in the lobby, the bar, the pool were extremely nice."

"The rooms are not up to 5 stars compared to others hotels in Jamaica. As a Jamaican living abroad I was hoping to get some authentic jamaica food but it was rubbish. The chefs needs to retrained . I was very disappointed 21 of us and non of us was happy with the food ."
