"Great location in the city and for solo travelers."

"Great location, well equipped apartment, lovely towels & bedding, l’occitane toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast basket was great - especially the bread delivery fresh every morning. Great for a family with teens."

"The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. What ever question or request made they were always able to help."

"Great breakfast. I love all of the Center Hotels in Reykjavik because they have a local, Icelandic vibe. At the Grandi you can sit in the hot tub and feel the rain from the skylight above!"

"Staffs were very kind."

"Walking distance to very good restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Parking available at the back on a first come serve bases. Happy marriage pastry bars were on the breakfast buffet—-sooo good! All the employees were so helpful and polite. Hope to come back again one day."

"I loved this hotel! It’s very nice and it’s in a great location. It’s close to restaurants, the BSÍ bus terminal, shops and some attractions. The breakfast is very good and plenty, the staff is very friendly very helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great place to stay in Reykjavík."

"Great location. Rooms really clean and great view of Harpa and waterfront. Beds really comfy with lovely sheets and duvet. Bathrobe and slippers. We got a coupon for drink for two and enjoyed that in Sky lounge on top floor with great views. Breakfast also amazing - lots of choice and all really good. Bus stop near hotel which we used for pick up for Sky Lagoon excursion and airport back and forth. Really convenient to wandering the city. Had dinner at The Icelandic Bar up the street -...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reykjavik Saga. The staff were amazing and helpful, especially Mattia (front desk). He answered all of our questions and willing to help problem solve misc. concerns. The breakfast was delicous with a variety of choices to accommodate everyone. The hotel was close to main attractions and bus stops. We truly enjoyed our stay and sad to be leaving Iceland."

"The place is tired looking. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The sheets and pillow slips were very worn. Thin towels. Room was tiny despite being upgraded. The only thing that was great was early check in granted to drop the bags."
