"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Reykjavik. It’s also very close to bus stop 6 where a lot of tours pick up. The staff are very helpful. The desk clerk went above and beyond when we needed to change our accommodation at check-in. The breakfast buffet was really nice, and the restaurant choices in the evening were delicious. All in all, a great stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Reykjavik Lights hotel, so much so that we decided to stay there for the tail end of our Iceland trip as well! Great included continental breakfast. We even ate at the pizza restaurant below the hotel our first night there. Nice modern, clean rooms. Our first room was more spacious than the second, but overall the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Iceland and at the best price too! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Good hotel, great location, staff friendly, the room is clean and the complimentary breakfast delicious. My only issue was the shower, it’s an open shower, no curtain and everything in the bathroom gets a bit wet however , i would stay again."

"The property it’s self is very cozy, it’s not a super large hotel which was nice, it’s definitely dated but it was perfect for me, I wasn’t looking for fancy, I needed something cheaper and convenient and close to downtown. It’s about 15 minutes to the Church, 15 minutes to the harbor. The breakfast was tasty and a nice variety of items to choose from, free parking right across the street and access to a garage as well if needed, super close restaurants but still quiet and quaint. "The sulphur smell was quite disagreeable when we arrived and we almost left right away. We went over to the Blue Lagoon nearby, and realized the smell wasn't too bad. Once we got back to the Inn, the smell was nearly gone. We didn't even notice it the next 3 days."
